This connector plugin is used for the California Independent System Operator Automated Dispatch System (CASIO ADS). It provides a Windows service that presents a certificate to the CAISO authority, receives and parses dispatch instructions in an XML file, and writes the data to the control system via MODBUS communication protocol.
